We are proud to offer Express Delivery service through Royal Express that currently operate Islandwide.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Sri Lanka?

Yes. We provide delivery to anywhere in Sri Lanka. However, if there are extremely rural locations that we are unable to deliver to, we will contact you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies by location. However it’s between 1-3 business days. If you are located in Colombo District, we can arrange instant delivery through PickMe Flash or Uber.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a message once your order picked up by the Courier.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and delivery process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or redelivery for ordered products if:

• If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a redelivery.

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong delivery address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of cloopix.shop (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster).
